La especias en el adobo le da un sabor único y el apanado las deja muy crujientes.
Quedan súper crocantes y el sabor del adobo es excelente
Muy buena receta. El adobo es delicioso y le da un sabor único al pollo. La mezcla de harina de maíz y trigo para el apanado queda muy bien, aunque me tomó un poco de tiempo encontrar el punto perfecto para freír las alitas y que queden crujientes.
